Job description
The primary care physician will deliver exceptional outpatient services, focusing on patient assessments, diagnostic processes, and the management of chronic illnesses. This role involves working together with a diverse team to ensure that care is culturally sensitive and addresses the needs of underrepresented communities. Applicants are required to possess either an MD or DO degree and must be board eligible or certified in Family Medicine. Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center, community health center, or a busy outpatient environment is highly desirable.
