Job Summary
The Field Area Manager is tasked with overseeing a geographically distributed team of field service personnel responsible for managing contracts and operations at various customer locations. This role is essential for maintaining safety standards, optimizing operational performance, and fostering robust customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of field service employees in the execution of operational duties.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards across all operations.
- Enhance operational performance by implementing best practices and troubleshooting issues.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Oversee contract management and ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in the industrial water or wastewater treatment sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities and adept problem-solving skills are essential.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
