Job description
The representative will perform in-person inspections of both residential and commercial properties to collect data, assess conditions, and take photographs for property tax appeals. This role will act as the main liaison for property owners, providing information about services and ensuring effective communication throughout the entire process. Ideal candidates should have a background in customer service, real estate, or a similar area, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities. Familiarity with mobile technology, a valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation are essential for this field-based position.
