Perform commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and startup work on substation protection, control, automation, and related electrical power systems. Coordinate field activities, evaluate test results, document findings, and support safe, high-quality project execution and customer relationships. Requires 3–5 years of relevant field experience and the ability to perform protection and control testing and troubleshooting with limited supervision. Candidates need strong power-system and relay knowledge, drawing interpretation and test-equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 75%; an associate degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
