Job description
The Field Performance Technician will oversee the planning and execution of solar service and warranty tasks, which involve diagnosing electrical issues and addressing roof leak concerns. This role requires the upkeep of precise records in Salesforce, while prioritizing safety, quality, and excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma along with 1-3 years of experience in field construction or solar installations. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history is mandatory, and the Electrical Journeyman certification is highly desirable.
