Job Summary
The Field Service Engineer will be engaged in the installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of medical, industrial, and electronic devices at diverse client sites. This role is essential for ensuring the functionality of equipment through effective diagnostics and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure medical, industrial, and electronic equipment at customer locations.
- Perform maintenance and repairs, addressing equipment issues effectively.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment failures.
- Keep precise service records and documentation of all maintenance performed.
- Provide ongoing professional support and guidance to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of hands-on technical or field-service experience is necessary.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight trips.
