**Field Service Manager**
The Field Service Manager is tasked with overseeing and evolving the service department by hiring, training, and supervising field technicians. This individual will be accountable for upholding outstanding performance standards, managing dispatch processes, and ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction. Applicants must hold a valid Plumber’s license in the State of Illinois or the City of Chicago. The position demands substantial leadership experience, expertise in Microsoft Office, and a talent for fostering team development in a dynamic environment.
