The Vice President will be responsible for the oversight of global economic management for the company, which encompasses managing partner capital balances, profit and loss distributions, and compensation-related accounting functions. This role will involve collaboration with senior leaders in HR, Legal, and Tax departments to guarantee the accuracy and clarity of compensation strategies and reporting mechanisms. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA being highly desirable, alongside a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance within the asset management sector. Extensive knowledge of hedge fund structures, compensation accounting practices, and intricate incentive models is essential.
