**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Officer**
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will collaborate with business executives to identify and recruit outstanding candidates, deploying creative sourcing techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts. You will oversee the entire recruitment process and serve as a reliable consultant to hiring managers, providing valuable insights into the job market. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in in-house recruitment, executive search, or agency settings. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and experience within the financial or professional services industry is highly desirable.
