Job description
**Field Service Technician**
The Field Service Technician will execute the installation, diagnostics, upkeep, and repair of gaming machines and related equipment. This role encompasses managing inventory for parts, delivering prompt customer assistance, and maintaining accurate records of service operations. Applicants should have completed high school or possess a GED, be a minimum of 21 years of age, and hold a clean and valid driver’s license. The position demands the capability to lift up to 50 pounds, travel as much as 75% of the time, and acquire the required gaming licenses.
