Job Summary
The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing top-notch on-site support and maintenance for a variety of equipment and systems. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. The technician will work primarily during the first shift and may require travel to different locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations, upkeep, and repairs on equipment and systems at customer sites.
- Diagnose technical problems and develop effective solutions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a field service or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
