Job Summary
The position of Field Service Technician is an essential role located in Johnson City, New York, designed to deliver vital support at the Transportation Management Center (TMC). This dynamic position requires a highly motivated individual to assist in various operational and technical responsibilities within the transportation landscape.
Responsibilities
- Support the New York State Transportation Management Center by collaborating with system administrators and engineers.
- Oversee and manage contractors responsible for the maintenance of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
- Ensure the effective operation of technologies and systems that facilitate transportation management.
Qualifications
- A background in Information Technology.
- A minimum of two years of hands-on experience as a service technician in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage technical teams and projects.
