Job description
**Field Service Technician**
The Field Service Technician plays a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of technology systems and computer equipment in retail environments across multiple customer sites. This position involves overseeing an assigned geographic area, documenting all service-related tasks, and fostering strong customer relationships while achieving operational goals. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma and have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those holding an IT/Technical degree or certification. The job entails extensive travel (100%), the capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs, and the skill to effectively utilize standard hand tools and electronic diagnostic equipment.
