Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our client, a Retail Pharmacy organization, in their Seattle/Tacoma, WA, and Portland, OR, locations. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in the installation and servicing of hardware, including computers and printers, at various client sites.
Responsibilities
- Conduct service calls, providing hands-on support for clients.
- Install computer and printer equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in field service or related technical support roles.
- Proficiency in computer and printer hardware installation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
