Job Summary
The Field Service Technician (Appliance Repair) is a key role within our Customer Service team, stationed in the Portland, OR area. This position addresses customer needs by providing reliable field service support for appliance repairs and maintenance, thus enhancing the overall quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks on various appliances in customers’ homes.
- Diagnosing issues with appliances and determining the necessary repairs.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while in the field.
- Documenting service visits and repairs accurately.
- Collaborating with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
