**Field Service Technician**
The Field Service Technician is tasked with overseeing customer service while autonomously diagnosing and fixing high-speed cash-handling devices. Additional responsibilities include conducting equipment installations, executing system upgrades, and keeping precise records of tools and parts utilized. Ideal candidates should possess formal education in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering along with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in technical field service repair. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and the role requires the capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
