Job description
The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in the upkeep and repair of heavy machinery, both at the company’s branch and on-site with clients. This position entails keeping detailed records of all service activities, maintaining clear communication with customers, and working in tandem with colleagues. Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license, successfully complete a DOT physical examination, and provide their own tools. The job demands the capability to lift weights up to 100 lbs, interpret technical schematics, and operate heavy equipment such as forklifts.
