The role of the Field Service Technician I at Baxter is integral to ensuring optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medical devices and related equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring effective use of Baxter products.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on devices in the field.
- Document service visits, maintain accurate records, and manage parts inventory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and feedback.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skill sets and stay updated on industry advancements.
Qualifications
- A technical diploma or equivalent field service experience in a related industry.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service demands.
