The Field Service Technician performs preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration of water analysis instrumentation at various municipal and industrial customer sites. They are responsible for promoting a positive customer experience and submitting accurate service reports regarding instrument history and failure. The position requires a high school diploma, with an associate or technical degree preferred, along with strong mechanical aptitude. Candidates must have at least 2 years of field service or customer-facing experience and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
