Job Summary
The Field Service Technician II will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers in the Sheboygan, Wisconsin area. This role involves project management related to the installation of various telecommunications systems and requires relevant experience or military background. The technician will be engaged in diverse tasks associated with telecommunications services, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the installation projects of telecommunications systems.
- Provide excellent technical support and service to clients.
- Engage in various aspects of system maintenance, including cable locating and battery maintenance.
- Handle Key Systems, PBX, and Centrex operations effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications or related fields.
- Current or prior military experience is considered an asset.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work onsite and effectively meet customer needs.
- Technical proficiency in relevant systems and maintenance processes.
