Job Summary
Equipment Depot is on the lookout for a dedicated Field Service Technician in Cincinnati, OH, to provide repair and maintenance services for electric, diesel, and gasoline-powered trucks as well as construction equipment. This position emphasizes both the execution of repair tasks and the verification of those repairs through practical tests.
Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various industrial trucks and construction machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Test drive or operate machinery post-repair to ensure functionality and safety.
- Document services performed and maintain records of repairs and maintenance.
- Interact with customers to provide updates and service-related information.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a GED or high school diploma is required.
- Experience in the repair of industrial trucks or heavy equipment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an onsite environment.
- Good communication skills for effective customer interaction.
