Job Summary
The Field Service Technician role at Rivian is designed for the Mid-Atlantic region, specifically intended for future opportunities. This position focuses on ensuring that all services provided align with the high standards of quality and safety norms set by the manufacturer. Technicians will be responsible for both remote support and on-site visits to various locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure that all service activities meet high-quality and safety standards.
- Manage and track necessary parts for servicing vehicles.
- Provide operating instructions and maintenance support as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in field service or a related technical field preferred.
- Strong understanding of repair processes and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
