Job Summary
The Field Service Technician for the Night Shift at Rivian is a critical role focused on delivering exceptional service and support. This position will be responsible for ensuring that repairs are conducted with the highest standards of quality and safety, either remotely or on location. The technician will work closely with various teams to maintain Rivian’s commitment to excellence in service.
Responsibilities
- Perform necessary repairs on vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
- Manage and procure required parts for repairs.
- Provide operational and maintenance instructions to ensure vehicle functionality.
- Ensure that all service activities maintain high safety standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to maintain flexible work hours to accommodate nights and travel as needed.
