Job Summary
The Field Service Technician will play a critical role in the Service – Field Service department, providing essential support for machine installations and addressing engineering changes that may impact service operations. Reporting directly to the District Service Manager, this position is vital for ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of machines while ensuring adherence to operational standards.
- Manage progress reporting during maintenance activities or system downtimes.
- Assist in implementing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) that affect field service processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in field service or a related technical role.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities related to machinery and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
