**Field Support Specialist**
The Field Support Specialist is responsible for managing warranty claims, providing procurement assistance, and overseeing revenue/accounts receivable processes to fulfill customer requirements. This role collaborates closely with on-site teams to guarantee precise and prompt service delivery. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a minimum of three years of experience in customer service within the service sector. Expertise in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational abilities are essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the HVAC industry.
