The Finance Business Partner serves as the finance lead for a portfolio of brands, partnering with operations leaders to drive revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA targets. They are responsible for managing the operating cadence, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly business reviews, and implementing corrective action plans for underperforming accounts. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and possess at least 5 years of progressive FP&A experience. Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with ERP/BI tools like Workday Adaptive Planning or NetSuite is required.
