They will also develop financial forecasts, build models for provider recruitment and clinic growth, and support month-end closing processes. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and possess at least two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills are required, with preference given to candidates with healthcare or medical group operations experience.
