Job description
The Financial Analyst will contribute to the calculation of physician bonuses and take part in the month-end closing activities, which include analyzing profit and loss regarding compensation expenses. This role will also involve collaborating with operational leaders to deliver business insights and create various financial analyses on an as-needed basis. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of two years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and the capability to interpret intricate data sets are essential.
