Job Summary
The Financial Analyst is responsible for spearheading the forecasting processes for critical performance metrics such as expenditure, workforce numbers, and capital needs for designated business divisions. This role involves undertaking various analyses, monitoring unit costs, and delivering analytical insights on revenue and expenditure discrepancies to assist senior management in making informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the forecasting efforts for key performance indicators across assigned business sectors.
- Execute ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
- Monitor and analyze unit costs effectively.
- Provide insights into revenue and spending variance for executive review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of experience in accounting, finance, or business.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to work onsite in Hawthorne, CA.
