The Financial Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, manage budgeting and forecasting, and administer sales commission plans. They are also responsible for developing financial models, monitoring performance against budgets, and identifying process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant business experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau is required, along with a solid understanding of GAAP.
