Job Summary
The Financial Analyst III – Accounting Operations is primarily responsible for the preparation, analysis, and review of financial, tax, and regulatory data. This role involves ensuring compliance with internal controls and the quality of financial reporting, aligning with generally accepted accounting principles and SEC regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Review tax and regulatory submissions for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with management, regulators, and audit teams (both internal and external).
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and maintain the integrity of financial data.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Alternatively, an Associate’s degree in a related field plus relevant experience may be considered.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance is essential.
