Job Summary
The Financial Center Consultant plays a vital role in conducting teller transactions and handling member service operations. This position involves offering insights on credit union offerings and establishing strong relationships with members to enhance their experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute teller transactions efficiently to meet member needs.
- Manage various member service functions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Advise members on the different products available within the credit union.
- Foster positive relationships with members, enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain appropriate coverage in the lobby to assist members promptly.
- Support and participate in marketing initiatives of the branch.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or financial setting, demonstrating effective cash-handling capabilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills essential for effective member interaction.
- Ability to adhere to specified branch operational hours.
