Job Summary
The Financial Center Consultant is tasked with executing teller transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals, while also advising members about the various products and services offered by the credit union. This role focuses on fostering strong relationships with members and ensuring a welcoming environment in the branch lobby, as well as actively promoting marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct teller transactions for members, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Provide informative guidance regarding credit union products and services.
- Build and nurture member relationships through excellent service.
- Maintain an effective presence in the branch lobby.
- Support and engage in marketing initiatives to promote the credit union’s offerings.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or financial setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cash-handling.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
