Job Summary
The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for supervising financial reporting, accounting activities, and ensuring compliance for both US and international divisions. This role involves guiding month-end closing processes, overseeing external audit engagements, and utilizing artificial intelligence to improve accounting processes effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage financial reporting for US and international entities.
- Lead the month-end closing activities to ensure timely financial statements.
- Coordinate and facilitate external audit processes.
- Implement AI solutions to enhance the efficiency of accounting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial reporting or accounting roles.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.
- Experience with multinational financial operations is essential.
- CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
