Job Summary
The Financial Service Representative plays a vital role in fostering relationships with members while assessing their financial requirements and offering suitable products and services. This position entails meticulous record-keeping, managing loan documentation, and ensuring adherence to the policies and regulations set forth by the credit union.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members.
- Identify and evaluate members’ financial needs.
- Recommend appropriate products and services based on members’ requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
- Process loan applications and associated documents.
- Comply with all relevant credit union policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry or two years in a relevant finance-related role.
- Exemplary communication skills.
- Effective organizational abilities.
- Strong relationship management capabilities.
