Job Summary
The Financial Specialist acts as a key liaison for clients, delivering exceptional service and overseeing banking transactions in adherence to federal regulations. This position also encompasses mentoring team members, administering performance evaluations, and directing clients to specialized sectors such as Trust, Investments, and Insurance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering tailored banking services.
- Ensure all banking transactions comply with relevant federal regulations.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance performance and service delivery.
- Oversee performance management processes within the team.
- Refer clients to specialized departments for Trust, Investments, and Insurance services.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services sector.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Comprehensive understanding of banking regulations and compliance practices.
