**Job Title: Finishing Assistant**
The Finishing Assistant plays a vital role in the Finishing Department by operating machines to load signatures, managing the down-piling of finished books, and organizing mail in compliance with postal regulations. Additionally, this position involves assisting with the processes of cutting, folding, collating, and trimming printed materials, all while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED and have 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or office settings. The job entails the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and the ability to effectively follow both written and verbal instructions in a dynamic production setting.
