Job Summary
The Finishing Operator is tasked with executing both manual and machine operations to create and package labels, focusing on maintaining exceptional quality standards through diligent inspection. This role also involves executing preventive maintenance and working collaboratively with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual and machine tasks to produce and package labels.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure high-quality output.
- Execute preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement workflow enhancements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain standing for the entire shift.
- Preferred: At least one year of relevant experience in a printing environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or ISO quality systems is advantageous.
