Job Summary
The Finishing Team Lead is responsible for supervising a dedicated team to manage production tasks, uphold quality measures, and enforce safety regulations. This role involves supporting the Project Lead in areas such as training, inventory management of materials, and the application of standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the finishing team.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols within the work environment.
- Support the Project Lead in training team members.
- Assist in controlling material inventory.
- Facilitate the adoption of standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in composites lamination is essential.
- Candidates must be able to pass respirator fit testing.
- The ability to maintain a clean-shaven face for safety compliance is required.
- Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds is necessary.
