Job Summary
The Floater plays a crucial role in delivering a range of financial services, serving both teller functions and customer service duties across different branch locations. This position requires maintaining professional relationships with customers, addressing inquiries effectively, and promoting bank products and services proactively.
Responsibilities
- Execute various teller functions to support branch operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Travel to various branch locations as needed to support operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least one year of experience in a related cash handling role.
- Strong understanding of bank operations.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to travel between branch locations as required.
