Job Summary
This role is essential for carrying out standard branch operations, which incorporate various tasks such as managing teller transactions, overseeing vault activities, and balancing ATMs. A significant aspect of this position is the development of enduring relationships with customers. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities for guiding newer team members and guaranteeing exceptional customer satisfaction by providing effective service and recommending suitable products.
Responsibilities
- Execute standard branch operations including teller transactions and vault management.
- Balance ATMs accurately and efficiently.
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Mentor and support new team members in their roles.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through superior service and relevant product recommendations.
- Work banking center hours, including Saturdays.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in cash handling, sales, and customer service.
- Prior experience in a banking environment is highly recommended.
- Ability to work during banking center hours, including weekends.
