Job Summary
The Floor Care Specialist is responsible for executing various floor maintenance duties within resident rooms and communal spaces. This includes tasks such as cleaning, buffing, and refinishing surfaces to uphold a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cleaning, buffing, and refinishing of flooring in both resident areas and shared spaces.
- Maintain precise documentation of all activities performed related to floor care.
- Ensure a hygienic environment by strictly adhering to infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
- Capability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds effectively.
- Able to carry out repetitive tasks consistently.
- Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
