Job Summary
The Floor Care Specialist is responsible for executing various cleaning tasks including the maintenance, buffing, and refinishing of floors in both resident rooms and shared spaces. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct floor cleaning and maintenance operations in resident areas and common spaces.
- Perform buffing and refinishing tasks to uphold floor quality and appearance.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols to ensure sanitary conditions.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
- Ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to perform physically repetitive tasks.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements is necessary.
