Job Summary
The Floor Care Specialist is responsible for executing a variety of floor maintenance activities across residential rooms and shared spaces. This role is crucial in promoting cleanliness and hygiene in the environment while adhering to established infection control standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct floor cleaning, buffing, and refinishing tasks in both resident areas and communal facilities.
- Maintain and manage cleaning equipment effectively.
- Keep precise records of activities and maintenance performed.
- Ensure all work is compliant with infection control policies to uphold a sanitary environment.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
- Must be capable of performing repetitive physical tasks efficiently.
