Job description
**Job Title:** Floor Care Technician
Key responsibilities include executing floor maintenance activities such as cleaning, buffing, and refinishing in both resident rooms and communal spaces. The role involves the upkeep of cleaning equipment, maintaining precise documentation, and upholding hygiene standards in accordance with infection control guidelines. A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable, and candidates should be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Additionally, applicants must be able to perform repetitive tasks and adhere to vaccination requirements.
