The Floor Tech is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in a long-term care facility through buffing, refinishing, and cleaning. They must also operate floor care equipment safely, follow infection control policies, and provide excellent customer service to residents and staff. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Previous floor care experience is preferred, and the role requires compliance with facility vaccination policies and residency within the service area.
