Job Summary
The Floor Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the facility by executing various floor care activities. This includes essential tasks such as shampooing, buffing, stripping, and scrubbing floors to maintain optimal conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive floor care activities including shampooing, buffing, stripping, and scrubbing.
- Move furniture as necessary to facilitate cleaning operations.
- Clean windows and woodwork to uphold the facility’s aesthetic standards.
- Manage and replenish facility supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in operating floor care machinery and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and maintenance procedures is essential.
