Job Summary
The Fold/Glue Operator plays a crucial role in the production process by setting up and operating equipment related to folding, gluing, and imaging. This position requires a commitment to achieving production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate folding, gluing, and imaging machinery.
- Supervise assistants and manage line clearances effectively.
- Ensure proper handling of all materials and documentation.
- Monitor production rates and quality to meet specified targets.
- Perform first-piece approvals and detect non-conforming products.
Qualifications
- Proficient experience with B&R Moll machinery.
- Able to adhere to standard operating procedures.
