**Job Title: Assistant General Manager**
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for managing the daily functions of the restaurant, which includes training staff, creating work schedules, and overseeing inventory control. This role ensures that exceptional standards of customer service and food quality are upheld while also focusing on maintaining a clean environment and proper upkeep of equipment. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years in the restaurant industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership position. A high school diploma is necessary, along with proficiency in MS Office and the capability to lift over 40 lbs. Preferred qualifications include ServSafe certification.
