**Job Title: Salesperson**
The Salesperson plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, meeting both individual and store sales targets, and executing DIY services such as battery and wiper installations. Responsibilities also include overseeing inventory management, ensuring the store remains clean and organized, and upholding operational excellence. Applicants should have 2-3 years of proven experience in retail sales, along with a fundamental understanding of automotive systems and components. Essential qualifications include strong communication abilities, the capability to lift up to 100 pounds, and skills in utilizing POS and inventory management systems.
